please login to your student portal and search under “Resources” tab, as your Statement of Attainment may have been issued already

Accredited Barista Statement of Attainment

This requires students to achieve competency in Observation Assessment by attending the class and a Self Paced Assessment
If you have not completed the Self Paced Assessment do not fill out this form as you cannot receive your certificate until it is completed
The written Self Paced Assessment can be completed and Submitted either online through the LMS Cloud Assess or by printing, scanning and emailing it to records@coffeeschool.com.au
Once we have received this completed form we can notify your status and if the Statement of Attainment has been issued and is available from your Portal in the Resources tab
